TL;DR Frederica uses her Esper Powers and realizes that Lena needs some serious bonking. Also, she needs to hide Shin from her.
Re-exploring some of the classic LN moments, except the couple is extremely aware of their desires but pretend they're completely oblivious and innocent. This kills the Frederica.
