Summary
Harry Potter post war is in Auror training. At twenty-two, he's exactly where you'd expect someone who recently took down one of the most feared dark wizards of recent history... struggling to adjust to the feeling that he's been watching his life and not living it.
What had he missed?
And was it too late?
How'd he not see it before?
Harry/Hermione is the endgame but it's definitely a slow burn.

Summary
The safety of Hogwarts was a beautiful illusion, a fragile bubble that popped the moment they stepped off the Hogwarts Express for the final time.
Choosing Harry had been an act of survival and undeniable truth, a storm that fractured their world before leaving a quiet, hard-won peace in its wake. Ron had found his own footing, his forgiveness a bridge that kept the golden trio whole. But peace, Hermione quickly learned, did not mean ease.
Now, the castle walls were replaced by a cramped flat in London, piles of Ministry bills, and the suffocating weight of adulthood. They were no longer fighting dark wizards in the woods; they were fighting the slow, draining reality of everyday life.
New responsibilities, unexpected expectations threatened to pull them in opposite directions. It was easy to brave a war when the enemy had a face. It was entirely different to keep a promise when the battlefield was just the heavy silence stretching across a kitchen table.
They had chosen each other once in the ruins of a broken world. But as the real world rushed in, the question haunted the shadows of their new life:
Will they still keep choosing each other?
