Summary
‘I get flashes,’ Donna said, stirring her coffee. ‘Pictures, mostly. Of these – impossible things. Aliens in London. Shadows that move. A giant wasp, of all things. And there’s someone I need to find. A man, I think. I don’t remember what he looks like.’ She prodded at her pie morosely. ‘What about you?’
‘Fragments,’ he said. He had refused her offer of food or drink and was sitting opposite her in the booth of the little café outside the museum, staring a little blankly, hood pushed back to reveal unkempt dark hair that fell to his shoulders and bright blue eyes, ringed by shadow. ‘Like when you know a word’s just on the tip of your tongue but you can’t quite find it.’
Bucky needs a friend. So does Donna. This is going to end well.

Summary
Steve is running through the snow on a high mountain. Bucky reaches out a hand, but it’s too late, and the iron and steel of the dogtags he wears have broken away from their chain, and Bucky is falling with the snowflakes.
Grief is rolling through Steve like a tide, like a tsunami, ripping away the foundations of his soul, and he doesn’t stop fighting, doesn’t stop running, but he stops caring, and when it’s needed - when he’s needed - he throws himself into the ritual circle, without a thought for his life, and he feels the ice creep across his shield, cold ferns winding up his gloves, cold striking like a knife into his joints - but he breaks the circle, his shield of iron strikes true, the Queen of Winter reels in agony and falls and falls and he is falling too, as the spell breaks like a whiplash, as the magic coils and recoils, and the ice creeps over his face and that’s all he ever knows.
And then years later, he wakes up.Steve was meant to be the first of a new generation of mages that would win the war against the Fae courts. It didn't work out that way. But the Court of Winter have taken something that wasn't theirs, and time is running out for Steve to save him.

Summary
Clint Barton likes to think that in his twenty-seven years he’s grown and matured and has learned how to work effectively with a team. However, twenty-seven years is not enough time to learn to be comfortable with Bucky goddamn Barnes.

“I want it to be Barton,” Bucky said, and Clint let loose a breath that he hadn’t realized he’d been holding, because of course Barnes would choose…
…Barton? As in Clint? As in himself?
Aw, what.

Summary
And now Steve had brought him home like a goddamn found puppy he wanted to keep.
“What the fuck, Rogers?” Clint asked, his hands itching for a bow, a gun, an anything, but not stupid enough to make any sudden moves. There was no way to casually reach for the pistol he’d tucked into the back of his jeans, not with Steve so close and the Winter Soldier so unkillable.
“He’s not the Winter Soldier,” Steve said in a rush of expelled air, reading the tension in Clint’s arms correctly. “He’s Bucky Barnes.”
Either there were two silver-armed motherfuckers running around - and Clint could believe anything at this point - or this situation was even more bizarre than he’d first thought. And he knew bizarre. He’d been part of a circus.
A love story involving Billboard's Top 100, chopping firewood, and not looking like incognito serial killers when out on the town.

Summary
“Nice to meet you. I’m Steve Rogers,” Steve said, sticking his hand out and trying to wrestle the interaction back into something normal.
“I know, sweetheart,” Tony said, ignoring his hand. “Rescue told me all about you.”
“Did you make her?” Steve asked. It had been implied that Tony was a tech-man, and she said he was her boss. It would fit together.
“Yes, the armor, that was me; she’s my bodyguard,” Tony said archly. “Impressed?”
The only good thing about the future is Tony Stark's bodyguard, Rescue. She's beautiful in her red and gold armor, and Steve will never know who she is.Series
