“Izuku,” Bakugo says again.
His expression is carefully blank, as if he hasn’t purposely avoided saying that word for more than a decade. It sounds perfect, the cadence, the tone. The way Bakugo drags out the vowels. It sends a chill down Deku’s spine, especially with the ease in which Bakugo says it. Had he practiced this in his room, said Deku’s real name until it came out naturally? Did Bakugo lie in bed, and whisper it over and over?
…Of all things, it’s the image of Bakugo – stretched out on the sheets in his too-tight tanktop, lips mouthing Deku’s name – that triggers a stirring in his pants.

“A-Ah– B-But I–” Izuku imitated him, voice so mocking, Katsuki had to swallow back a whine. “Cat got your tongue? Come on, Kacchan, I’m sure you have a great explanation for this. Or for whatever got you all fussy again.”
Katsuki swallowed again, his breath turning into pants. He felt like he was burning up, blood turned into lava, his skin flushed and sensitive. His mind was one scrambled mess, going a hundred miles per minute while feeling all woozy.
He had never felt like that in his entire life.
He didn’t want it to stop.
Or, five times Katsuki walked away with a boner, and one time Izuku did something about it.

Summary
Katsuki's not like other omegas... except, he kinda is. At least, he's got the whole "go into heat and be miserable" thing going for him. That docile, prim, and proper attitude though? Not so much.
It's for that reason that he ends up at a matching house and for that reason that he finds himself with a very atypical mating arrangement soon after. Though, at the end of the day, if he's being honest, he really, really wouldn't have it any other way.

A huff leaves Katsuki as his lips twitch like he wants to growl and bare his fangs again, but controls himself. “Would you please help me through my rut, Izuku?”
A jolt goes through Izuku when Katsuki says his name because he really expected Deku or nerd, but having the other alpha desperate enough to say his given name sends a sick thrill through him.
