Updates not consistent. POV switch of Barbie & Raquelle
Raquelle and Barbie have history BIG history. What started their fued, what ignited their strong feelings toward each other? Raquelle seems to know pretty well what started her hate, but Barbie remains oblivious to it all. If Raquelle could just...take advantage, befriend her, let bygones become bygones, become close, then maybe, maybe, that could be the perfect opening to expose Barbie. To expose BARBARA.
And Barbie? She just wants to rekindle an old BFF flame after her own passion with Ken is dying out. Though, why can't she feel more into him? Why has she been flaking on him any chance she gets if Raquelle's asks her to hang. Why does she even want Raqeulle to like her? For once, Barbie has problems she can't solve right away, and for once, the answer might ruin her.
First chapter is a flashback and should be taken as a sort of prologue. The rest of the story jumps to the girls in their 20s.

Summary

As the case grows more dangerous, long acquaintance gives way to friendship, jealousy and a mutual attraction neither man believes the other could return. Mycroft is determined to keep Greg out of harm’s way. Greg is equally determined to stop Mycroft treating his own life as expendable.
