"You have no fucking decency," Will yells, as he grasps the canvas that held a perfect painting, into ugly spills and strokes of blue and black.
Mike's eyebrows are upturned desperately, but he still bites back smugly. "I'm so, super sorry, Will." But now it's mocking. It's sarcastic and ugly, like how Will sounded when he shredded Mike's lyric sheets. Will storms to Mike, grabs the collar of his shirt in a fistful with both of his hands, and smacks him against the wall.
"I'm sorry, baby. I didn't mean to," Mike says in one, hurried breath, his breathing shaky and hot.
Now that sounded scarily sincere.

Will Byers can't pay off the rent by himself, and to be honest, an apartment without anybody else is blatantly boring. He's tried coercing Dustin, who immediately refuses once Stacey takes him back. Dustin luckily knows a guy, though, and gives Will's information to him. To Will, Mike's okay. He's polite and honest. Until he starts to bend the rules.

“Are you gonna answer my question?” Mike hears himself ask. Weed also makes him bold, it seems.
Will smirks, “Why I don’t have a girlfriend?” He shrugs, “Just… not interested.”
“Girls aren’t or you’re not?”
Will just shrugs again, giving Mike a knowing look that lights a spark inside him, either of fear or of excitement, he can’t tell.
“Mysterious.” Mike says, causing Will to giggle.
orIt's the summer of 1989, and Mike is spending it at his family's vacation home in Northern Spain. He expects it to be a chill couple of weeks, where he can relax before he goes to college and his whole life changes. He definitely doesn't expect his whole life to change the second he lays eyes on the housekeeper's son, Will.

It wasn't a comfortable situation, hers. Richie wasn't stupid; she knew she was being exploited in the most blatant way possible. She knew others would have left already, others with working brains and a shred of self-respect, but Wednesday afternoons were what kept her afloat while working one miserable job after another, whether they helped pay rent or not. And Richie had never been good at fighting for what she wanted, even with nothing nice just casually falling into her lap.
Up until that morning, that is.
Even if it cost her her damn job.//: The best and worst a woman can experience is having Eddie for a neighbor. Or, at least, that's what Richie would tell anyone who asked.
