Summary
When a lifetime of shitty comments finally catches up to him on a fateful day at the beginning of summer break, Alfred is determined to fix his habits so he can feel comfortable in his body again. He doesn't consider it an 'eating disorder', but his eating habits are extremely disordered and his thoughts are no better. That doesn't concern him though, his only concern is that his efforts pay off in the end.
Or, one day Alfred decides he looks fat and is determined to change that. Through whatever means necessary...

Maybe he was running away like a coward, biting the outstretched hand of his brother nonetheless with his seemingly genuine concern, something a part of him said had happened more and more recently but he ignored it.
He was only a creature of his nature, guided by something he lost control of long ago.
