Anyone who called Eddie Kaspbrak whipped was a sexist. It was 2017, and he would not be expected to have an obedient little housewife in the kitchen to feel like a man. Eddie does not need to be the big lord of the house, the king of his castle, to feel like a man. He goes for morning runs until his cheeks are pink and ruddy and match the sunset over the Whitestone Bridge. He goes to bars. He cooks dinner together with his wife and they listen to Bobby Darin while they chop onions. Equals. Partners.

Summary
There’s a little voice in the back of Eddie’s mind, the one that always chides him, that says this is a stupid idea. He’s just prolonging the inevitable. Eventually, they’ll end up in New York and he’ll drop Richie off at the airport so he can go back to LA and Eddie will have to walk back into that house and return to the life he had before he remembered.
“What’d you say, Eds?” Richie asks. He leans across the plastic table with his voice pitched low like he’s whispering a secret.
Eddie wipes his hands on a spare napkin. They’re sticky and he should wash them before they go.
“Okay,” he says. Just saying it out loud makes his chest feel lighter. He nods slowly, a smile breaching his face. “Yeah, okay. Let’s do it.”

After defeating Pennywise, the Losers are ready to go back home, except for Eddie and Richie. They decide to take the long way back: a mini road trip from Derry to New York City with some life changing stops along the way.Series

After the events in Derry it just so happens that Richie and Eddie start sleeping with each other. Except it's a secret. And it doesn't look like it's gonna change any time soon, but Richie will grab every piece he can possibly get, because, well. It's Eddie.
