Summary
There is a power in hindsight, Sai always knew this simple truth. It took him reaching adulthood and surviving an apocalyptic event to realise that he doesn’t have to deny his gift in mathematics to code. That his father was a piece of shit. That Ryusui was just as inept in expressing his love as Sai is, just on the opposite spectrum of it. That he wasn’t happier left alone.

Normally, an unplanned pregnancy from unknown sire is considered to be a crisis situation. Ryusui disagrees.
Meanwhile, Sai is still trying to figure out how to be a brother after years of keeping one foot out the door. Suddenly becoming an uncle wasn't exactly something he counted on.Or, Ryusui takes unexpected pregnancy in stride and decides to have a baby. Sai grapples with the sudden change and relearning how to be a proper family. The identity of the child's sire is almost beside the point.
