Summary

A story about how desire pulls people together, following Jackie and Natalie leaving the past behind and starting to write their future, a life where they accept themselves and embrace the desire to be happy and in love. In this future, in an apartment in the Upper West Side of Manhattan and on the streets of New York, they can be themselves and love who they always loved.
“I can’t believe we live in this fucking apartment,” said Jackie, taking the cigarette Natalie passed her.
“Me neither. I thought I’d be dead in a ditch or something. I mean, I almost was last month, but you…you saved me, Jackie.”
“Stop, Nat,” she replied with tears in her eyes.
Natalie kissed her check. “Thank you, Jax,” she added.

Natalie Scatorccio was bitten by a radioactive spider while going to meet with her dealer in some New York City abandoned subway tunnel close to her Brooklyn sweet apartment.
Dealing with a crush is harder when you’re fighting monsters on the streets of New York, but also in the classroom.
And as if it couldn’t get worse, her crush has to be the police captain’s daughter that has a target on your head.Would she survive, or end up as a big loser?
Blood drips down onto the Wiskyok High’s ground. It comes from the deep scratch that ripped his suit. Right on the tight. Great. The girls probably won’t notice the huge wound during soccer practice. Right?
At least he needs to make sure Mr. Martinez is not on the verge of kicking him off the team…
“Where the fuck is my phone…” he mutters, cursing as he flips his backpack upside down and dumps all his things onto the floor. His cellphone hits the ground on its back—thankfully.
The phone buzzes, the screen lighting up to show his cat on the lock screen, as Jackie just sent him a bunch of angry texts.
“You’re Spider-Man?”
“Shut up—“ Natalie chuckles as she brings Lottie closer and continues to kiss her.

“God, Nat. Your pupils are huge!” Lottie exclaimed when she saw Natalie. She then passed the bag with the food to Van so she could lift Natalie’s head and inspect her eyes. “I told you, you’re going to see God if you smoke any more.”
“Yeah, well. Whatever.” Natalie crossed her arms.
Lottie wrapped her arms around Natalie’s waist, bringing her closer. Her head rested against Nat’s clothed shoulder. “They will really fire me now,” Natalie muttered, angry.
“You can always crash at mine. Snort has two beds anyway.”
“I’m not sleeping in your dog’s bed, Lott. I’m a lady.”
“Then you can sleep in my bed.”
Natalie blushed and rested her hands on Lottie’s back, hugging her, too.

Natalie works in a corporation as the creative strategist and Lottie’s the marketing specialist. She realizes something about herself, Lottie’s father is cheap, and #they were roommates.
They fall in love but life is a bitch
