Summary
Someone had to stay and do the work of Batman. Batman needed a Robin, even if that Batman was Dick now. Maybe especially because it was Dick. Tim needed to go, needed to get whatever this was out of his system, and they couldn’t let him do it alone in this state. Damian needed a sense of purpose, something to give him an assurance of his place here when it had been so rattled with Bruce's loss.
It made sense, Dick and Damian in Gotham, Jason with Tim. The only reasonable solution, and none of them were happy with it.
(Or: Tim’s quest to prove Bruce is alive plays out differently when the family starts off in a better place with each other. Tim does still lose his spleen, though. That is definitely a thing that happens.)

Summary
Sometimes, Dennis thinks, life would be easier if he didn't feel guilt so easily.
Pretending that he doesn't have the flu to cover for everybody else who has the flu isn't one of his brightest moments. But Dr. Robby had looked so openly defeated when he had to send Santos and McKay home early in the shift, and when he jokingly begged for Dennis not to catch the flu...
Well, the overwhelming guilty feelings came into play at just the right time. Never mind the fact that he's been running a small fever since early that morning from the same flu that is terrorizing the department. Ibuprofen is a godsend, and guilt, Dennis knows, is a powerful thing.

Summary
Trinity and Dennis were loitering at the hub, sharing a bag of Doritos from the vending machine, when Dennis' phone started ringing.
"Dude. You need to change your ringtone, it's so embarrassing to be near you sometimes," Trinity said through a mouthful of chips.
"Shit." Dennis tilted the phone towards her. His brother. Again.

A slow day in the Pitt becomes the perfect opportunity for Dennis' family to come back and haunt him.
