She always had a plan. She never actually told Gerard what she was planning, when she touched him, or hurt him, or strapped him down and left him for days, or hosed him down despite Rule 42. Knowing wasn't his job, trusting was. He had to trust that what Sylvia was doing had some sort of greater purpose. He knew it did, in the deepest parts of his soul. Sylvia was so nice, she was so kind. She had to be trusted too. She was trusted. Gerard trusted her.
