Summary
Prince Evan, affectionately known as Buck, is the heir his parents never wanted. He’s abandoned all royal duties in favor of throwing outlandish parties and expensive vacations. Unfortunately, after his father steps down, Buck has to fulfill two of his most hated royal duties — kingship and marriage.
OR:
When Buck meets Eddie, he decides the surest way to anger his parents and the council is to marry a kitchen cook. When Eddie meets Prince Evan, he wants to know whether it would be considered treason to push a prince off of the nearest cliff.

Summary
“What are you doing here?” he asked, his heart kick-starting back to life and thrumming in his chest.
“I live here, cowboy – or should I say, Edmundo,” the bartender, his roommate, answered.
This couldn’t be happening. The man he had been unwillingly thinking about for the past week, was his roommate. Evan, whose frosted tips had faded, but whose eyes were just as hauntingly blue as they were in the light of the club. The same man he made eye contact with as he accidentally came in his pants was… his roommate.

Summary
But that’s not true at all— the idea that Eddie would only recognize Buck by that birthmark.
He closes his eyes and brings his fingers to Buck’s face, touching him carefully, feeling out the shape of him. The lines around his eyes, the size of his nose. His strong jaw under the calluses of his fingers, the faint acne scars along his jaw and cheeks. And finally, his dry, split lips, full and soft.
Eddie could recognize him even with his eyes closed.
══════════════
Eddie Díaz is, by no means, a man of honor or justice. He only stayed in the job because a series of desperate choices dragged him there; he did it for his son, because Christopher needed him. And he did it because it was the only way to follow the trail of the man he lost years ago.
When Lewis Garber, a member of the Colombo mafia, turns up dead under mysterious circumstances and with a string of messages threatening to execute every last Colombo, Eddie can only think of one person.
Suddenly, knowing Buck was alive is no longer enough when everyone seems determined to take that life away from him. Eddie wants the person responsible in his hands.

Summary
“D’ya want one?” Buck mumbles, mouth full of fruit. “They’re good.”
Eddie’s been staring at Buck since he first sauntered into the living room and collapsed on the couch, but it’s gotten more intense since Buck first sunk his teeth into the fruit. The juice is dribbling down his hand and wrist; he’s licking it up, casual, kind of disgusting if Eddie’s being frank, and Eddie wants to die a little bit. Or sit on Buck’s face. It’s a toss-up, at this point.
“No,” Eddie says, and as Buck slurps through another bite, he adds, just a touch petulant, “I don’t like peaches.”Or,
Eddie loves Buck, but Buck's withholding something from him; and Buck loves Eddie, and he's just waiting for Eddie to tell him what he wants.Series
