Summary
Maybe I should have been convinced I was still dreaming, but it didn’t even occur to me to attempt to believe that.
I woke up and I knew in an instant that I was somewhere else.
It was necessary to quickly skip past the rampant and stubborn denial part of the whole transmigration experience, because of the dragon.
OR
When Lara Mazza is dragged out of her world and dropped unceremoniously into Westeros in the time of Dunk and Egg, she assumes she is there to intervene on the gods' behalf and save Baelor Breakspear from his untimely demise. But the truth is more complicated than that and involves ancient customs, unspoken feelings, an unclaimed dragon, and the challenge of restoring a dynasty on the brink of collapse without ruining anyone's reputation.

Summary
In another version of this story, in some far and distant world, it is Baelor “Breakspear”, Heir to the Iron Throne, who takes his brother Maekar’s mace to the back of the head during the Trial of Seven. It is on a grimy, hay-covered stone and dirt floor that he falls into the arms of the newly named Ser Duncan the Tall and takes his last breath. In that distant world, the Targaryen family falls to ruin in the aftermath of his passing, and not even the fabled Prince that Was Promised can reclaim the might of their family name.
But that world is not this one.
For instead of the Prince of Dragonstone receiving a sundering blow to the helm, it is Aerion “Brightflame” who suffers the wound instead.

A sister dies. A secret is buried.

Summary
After being violently displaced into a distant world far removed from his own, Harry Potter must rely on every scrap of knowledge, instinct, and questionable improvisation he possesses to stay alive − and to keep the people around him from dying in inconvenient ways.
In a land where “medicine” means prayers, bleeding, and hopeful guesses, his modern understanding of illness and injury makes him either a miracle worker or a very suspicious problem. One way or another, everyone is about to find out.
Wash your hands before you eat. Don’t ignore strange symptoms. And whatever you do, don’t overindulge in alcohol at a feast − because the healer is already watching, and he has opinions.
(Also: no Targaryens or vague prophecies allowed. This is already complicated enough.)
