Summary
There was nothing about Heero that would indicate that he was a team player, so when he announced that he would he joining the basketball team Duo had laughed at him. “You know, Heero, you'll have to actually pass the ball to someone else,” he had teased him, knowing damn well that Heero was a ball hog and wouldn't trust his teammates to finish a play on their own.
Of course, Duo had been right. Heero was the team's star player, who rarely let anyone else have a chance to score a point. It might have been a point of contention with his teammates, except that Heero's raw talent and abilities had propelled them to the college basketball national championship.
The game was set to be held in Chicago, a six hour bus ride from their hometown of Ann Arbor, Michigan. It had been a long, excruciating six hours in the back of the charter bus, Duo had made sure of that. Heero had a decent pokerface but even he couldn't keep a straight face with Duo's hand down the front of his sweatpants... -

He’d seen plenty of orcs in his lifetime, so he knew that their flesh came in a variety of shades of color, but Heero’s had been particularly striking. He always thought that green was a sickly sort of color, but this orc’s flesh was glowing with health. His verdant flesh reminded him of the tender summertime leaves of the golden willows back home. It was fascinating and not entirely uniform. As they flirted over drinks, Duo noted that the orc would blush just as red as an elf, the dusky rose stretched across the bridge of his nose and up to the tips of his long, pointed ears.
That charming rouge darkened significantly when Duo had jammed his hand down the front of the orc's pants.
