Summary
Leonardo da Vinci was rather used to Ezio barging in, late at night, covered in blood and asking for help in stitching some particularly troublesome wounds.
Meanwhile, things Ezio Auditore da Firenze was not used to most definitely included Leonardo collapsing into his arms after a few sleepless nights filled with work, anxiety and restless waiting.
Sometimes, a sudden change of a set dynamic is all that is needed to disturb an otherwise very delicate affair.

Summary
Leonardo randomly came across ancient hypno stuff and thinks it could be useful to help Ezio handle pain when injured.
He asks Ezio to test it, and the younger accepts. At some point Ezio gets horny, gay panics, storms out of the workshop.
Leonardo feels guilty and thinks he pushed his friend too far...
But Ezio will soon come around and ask for more hehe
