    Garreg Mach’s newest professor, Byleth, is strikingly similar to Edelgard: Intelligent. Confident. But also distant, and intimidatingly ambitious. His guidance quickly makes the Black Eagles an unstoppable juggernaut of a class, putting the other houses to shame.

    Felix is dissatisfied. Over the school year, he develops a strong bond with Sylvain, one possibly deeper than friendship, but the Blue Lions are falling behind, not making the progress he wants to see.     Dick shrugged. “So’s Bruce and we’re pretty much tied at this point, or at least according to the score board the kids started to keep for Saturday spars.”

    “Saturday spars?” Derek repeated, following him towards the locker room.

    Dick flashed him a smile. “What? Don’t have any weird family traditions?”

    “Not ones that include hitting each other,” Derek said
