Encased in the ground, a few marmorean steps leading to it, there’s a pool size jacuzzi. It’s impressive how big and so out-of-place that looks, given how the rest of the bathroom fixtures decorate the place in a rather simple, yet sophisticated way.
He walks to it, Newton at his side still looking pretty stunned.“...That’s a surprise.” and that’s true, but instinctively he also thinks about the obnoxious amount of water that would require to fill the entire bathtub to make the water jets work properly:” And a giant waste of water.”
“That’s bomb, man. I’m so going to use it tomorrow.” Newton apparently is not thinking about that:”You can join, of course. A little fun won’t kill you.”
“You don’t have to remind me that I’m capable of free will, Newton.” Hermann snaps, but there’s no actual bite in his words. He’s too tired to start an argument, and he ignores the strange feeling setting in his stomach at Newton’s joke.

-Before you say something else…- it’s Newton time to speak, and he’s leaning against the other man gently and making him look at his face intentionally. Hermann has closed his mouth in the attempt of hiding his secret but Newton moves his upper lip upward, and he skims his thumb over the fang’s surface like checking on a dog’s teeth.
Hermann is utterly paralyzed by Newton’s boldness and he catches his wrist, impeding every other movement:-Don’t.- -
