“Too quick?” Derek asked, eyebrows raised. “I’m twice your size, kid.”
Dick shrugged. “So’s Bruce and we’re pretty much tied at this point, or at least according to the score board the kids started to keep for Saturday spars.”
“Saturday spars?” Derek repeated, following him towards the locker room.
Dick flashed him a smile. “What? Don’t have any weird family traditions?”
“Not ones that include hitting each other,” Derek said

"Don't let go, okay?" Itadori says. He has to lean in to be heard, and Megumi's heart does something weird in his chest. "Don't wanna lose you and Kugisaki in the crowd."
Megumi swallows. Turns his hand so that Itadori has a better grip.
"Alright," he says. "I won't let go."

" Of course, Kirara falls. It's film writing 101. The Gintama writers want to have a Kubrick moment too.
Gintoki's body, thankfully, responds before his brain has even processed it. Before she's out of sight, he is launching himself after her. He has no plan except jumping himself, only barely registering that Sougo has thrown him a chain as he plunges into empty air. Against all odds, he manages to grab her hand.
She squeezes back. Because of course she does. No one jumping off a building actually wants to die.
Shinpachi holds a brief, sign-based conversation with her from a nearby building. Kirara's suicidal tendencies fade from her like they were never there in the first place. Gintoki kicks through a window once everyone has had a sufficiently heartfelt arc, safely depositing Kirara inside and ignoring the way the shattered glass scratches his own skin. The paramedics rush in and they don't even look at him, because Kirara clearly needs immediate psychiatric intervention. She just fell off a roof. Gintoki just jumped after her. "
Or:
When the Correspondence Arc takes a turn for the serious, Gintoki is left scrambling.

But to be touched without the promise of bloodshed... this is nothing remotely close to what Akutagawa has trained for in his short life. He knows how to deal with hurt limbs and puncture wounds. He does not know how to deal with this.

Seeing him so jumpy is putting Atsushi on edge, Atsushi who doesn’t like quick movements from anybody when they’re too close to him, not even Kyouka. Especially not Akutagawa, who’s tried to kill him so many times.
Who’s never succeeded, but who has rent flesh from bone with such savage determination that the feeling’s been carved into Atsushi’s memory despite the failure.

As far as they know, the picture is impossible. They've never been here.
But they're wrong. They might not remember Dark Score, but It definitely remembers them.

Rossi hasn’t noticed that when Hotch is caught in a vulnerable position he subconsciously tries to protect his face. He hasn’t. Nor as he come to his own conclusions to why this might be. He hasn’t.

That catches Kiyoomi’s attention, and he stops in the middle of the street to turn around and scowl at Atsumu. “What about Ushijima?”
Atsumu must tilt his head back to smirk up at Kiyoomi from beneath the visor of his cap. “He’s not workin’ on quicks. You’d be a step ahead of him if ya did. He might even raise an eyebrow in surprise or somethin’ equally as scandalous.”
Kiyoomi stares at him, narrows his gaze as he scrutinises Atsumu’s face, the challenge in the upturned corners of his lips. “Are you attempting to manipulate me, Miya?” he asks.
“I dunno. Is it workin’?”
“Kind of.”
“Then yeah, I guess.”

When Kiyoomi and Atsumu accidentally pull off a minus-tempo quick during practice, Atsumu convinces Kiyoomi to practice it for the new season.
