Summary
The spring of 2001 was going by normally, perhaps just a little sunnier than normal. Morioh felt peaceful, and everything seemed perfect.
But Okuyasu was struggling. Sure he had his friends, but when he went home he had no one but himself. Stray Cat and his father weren't bad company, but he still wished he had more. Some actual family.
And by some miracle, his silent prayers are answered when a familiar looking woman shows up at his front gate.

Summary
During one of Josuke's visits back home from university, he and his boyfriend Okuyasu bump into some familiar faces: his nephew Jotaro Kujo, his partner Noriaki Kakyoin, and their new baby.
The two agree to babysit for the couple and the baby fever gets Okuyasu badly. Saddened by the fact they can't start their own family yet, Josuke tries cheering Okuyasu up in his own way.

Okuyasu Nijimura woke up in an unfamiliar room to a woman's voice. A voice he was sure he's heard before. Following it resulted in him finding his family casually having breakfast: his father not mutated and his brother and mother alive. It was too good to be true.
He made two realizations:

“Tips for guys to rock your first date! Nervous for your first date with your crush? Follow this guide to become an expert and be ready to impress that special girl!”Josuke gingerly took the magazine from Okuyasu’s hand, giving the whole article a cursory glance. There were six tips, each labelled with bold, black letters and were accompanied by a short, explanatory paragraph.
“So, here’s what I’m thinkin’.” Okuyasu enthusiastically got up and sat on the edge of the bed, next to Josuke’s legs.
“Uh oh.” Josuke turned away from the pages to give his friend a teasing smirk.
