The Gojo kid, Satoru, comes with a reputation, but then again, so does Mei Mei. His is for going through babysitters like most other children go through fruit snacks, terrorising them so they refuse to look after him again. Hers is for successfully keeping kids like Satoru in line.
Maybe her methods and tastes are a little... unorthodox, but no one ever seems to ask too many questions when they find out their misbehaving spawn "was a complete angel, actually. No problems at all!" They just thank her profusely and fork over more money. Which, to be fair, is the reason she's still babysitting. Low effort, high reward and access to all the treats a wealthy fuck can stash in their home, including the kid themselves.
