There was a pause, which Crowley’s heart decided to fill by slamming against the rest of his organs.
“Crowley,” Aziraphale gasped. “Did you just say...?”
(Crowley tells Aziraphale, over the phone, that he loves him. Then he panics and tries to claim that it was just force of habit from his saying it to his boyfriend. At which point he's stuck with a made-up boyfriend. Probably there's no way out of this predicament.)

There was a shriek of tires out on the street, and Aziraphale frowned. Honestly, people these days. Disturbing the neighborhood at this hour, with no regard for — Oh!
The internal rant was forgotten, along with the frown. That tire squeal might not have been particularly distinctive, but his more ethereal senses did pick up something which was. A certain presence, smelling of darkness and tasting of warmth and sounding of dry spice, was welling up strong now, so that Aziraphale was already hurrying to the door as it opened.
(Aziraphale can sense love. He can sense something from Crowley, too, but he's quite sure it's not love. Goodness, it is awfully strong these days, though, isn't it?)

Alright people, let's do this one more time...
Peter B. Parker has effectively and systematically destroyed every relationship in his life by being New York's Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man; a job he didn't ask for and one he frankly doesn't want anymore. That is, until an explosion happens in Brooklyn that will change his life forever as he is suddenly forced to work with an inexperienced Miles Morales and other Spider-people in a desperate attempt to send them home before their time runs out.
Basically, the plot of Spider-Man; Into the Spiderverse if they all got sent to Peter B.'s universe instead of Miles'.
