HPI (History of Present Illness)
The patient is a 23-year-old male presenting to the ED with a plaster cast on the right forearm. Patient was advised to return to the ED if any neurological symptoms such as numbness or tingling should occur in the injured arm. Patient denies numbness and tingling. Despite being unable to articulate what exactly is wrong, patient is insistent upon being seen by the medical student who performed the procedure (Kim Seungmin, MS3). Patient rates current pain as a 3/10 and has been taking his oral NSAIDs as prescribed by Dr. Bang.Or: Jeongin ends up in the emergency room a lot more than any healthy 23-year-old man should.

“Can I have fun, then?” Jeongin asks, and his tongue licks a dainty stripe up Seungmin’s neck. “Do what I want?”
What he wants…? This, Seungmin, is something Jeongin could want? It seems far-fetched. Seungmin is the pathetic one, crawling into his bed on a nightly basis for a whiff of his mild scent, a necessity to get to sleep, and Jeongin is the one politely and patiently tolerating him out of obligation or out of their alternate give and take dynamic or whatever it is they have going on.
Seungmin stops being able to sleep, and Jeongin's bed holds the solution.

Summary
When he lands into the boat, Seungmin opens his mouth to tell the man how impressed he is by the way that he was able to pull himself up so easily, especially with that tail of his. His gaze trails down the man’s body from where smooth, pale skin transitions into inky black scales echoing dark, chromatic colours of the rainbow. It looks like an oil slick, how cool.
Wait, hang on. The man has a tail.
What the fuck?!
“You’re…you’re a-”
“Siren,” the man – fish? replies without hesitation. “Yeah, I have a tail and lure sailors to their death, blah blah blah, but I have a name. It’s Jeongin, by the way.”
