Summary
Sacha Arvene is a soldier.
She was promised a swift four-month deployment, and all the glory that followed when she enlisted in the Imperial Leutgardian Army. Perhaps even someone to love once the smoke of war settled.
That was a lie.
Now, in the final months of her tour, the Snow Leopardess finds herself in the purgatory of stagnant lines. With trust in short supply, her resolve in question, and a band of allies barely staying in one piece, she’s looking for some reprieve from the onslaught. As the dance in the trenches continues, it’s only so long left until Riflewoman Arvene gets to go home. But fate laughs when plans are made, and Sacha is about to be thrown into a whole new battle, and little does she know that a soldier from the very country that wants her kind dead may be her sole chance at survival.
(Story was on a rewrite hiatus for a while, that’s why there’s so many hits and kudos for something with so few chapters lol)
