She holds herself to the exact standard that has existed since the time of Camelot. Lady Elaine published a pamphlet in Camelot titled Moste Worthy: Proper Etiquette of a Lady of the Court of Camelot. Narcissa abides by every detailed instruction.
Other witches might be satisfied with being lesser. Narcissa will tolerate nothing of the sort. Her bloodline can trace its path to Camelot and she refuses to shame the ladies of her line who lived then. She refuses to shame herself.

After a major hack exposing athletes for many (stupid/dumb/terrible) things, Ilya Rozanov's messages are laid bare for the world to see. He promised Shane he would delete anything incriminating, but they didn't define what that meant.
For Ilya, who doesn't care if the world knows Shane Hollander is his friend (after all isn't that what the plan is for), it means he deleted every sext and mushy I-love-you texts between them.
So now the world is figuring out that the sport's biggest rivals are friends...
Set in Jan. 2018, this is a (twitter) reaction fic (take 2) (- no need to read take 1 (first) though).
