Jiwoong smiles, placing a hand on his shoulder, squeezing a little and letting it wander, reassuring Zhang Hao. “You’re right, Hao-ya. Do you know about it?”
“I do!” He says happily, glad his nights of watching dramatic series were worth it. “Aren’t I smart, Jiwoong oppa?”
The hand on his shoulder freezes, just like the man next to him. Zhang Hao looks at him carefully, trying to understand why he’s suddenly as still as a wall.
Jiwoong’s face gets white, and then it gets red, his body still paralyzed. He coughs a little, and his voice is thicker when he says, “What did you say?”
Or: Zhang Hao moves to Korea and needs help with the language, Jiwoong is a literature major who helps foreigners with Korean, and together they both learn and discover more than they initially thought they would.

So it's obviously the talk of the office when Erik is being made to go to the company party and he's bringing his husband. There's rumors flying round about how much of a masochist or equally antisocial bastard Erik's husband must be to put up with him. Others think he must be a meek mouse perhaps bullied by Erik.
What they weren't expecting was the confident, charming, adorable and unbelievably nice Charles that turns up on Erik's arm. What they certainly weren't expecting was how much Erik obviously adores his husband and how happy he is to let others see this.

The tension between them is so palpable that, naturally, everyone assumes they're fucking- which they are, not that Erik is particularly happy about it... But he is content to console himself with the idea that it's just sex and nothing else, and that he is in no way interested in the spoilt little rich boy he can't seem to stay away from.
But then an attempt is made on both their lives and they are relocated to a safe house- a secluded cabin in the middle of the woods. At first Erik hates being forced into such close quarters with Charles, but gradually he begins to realise that 'hate' might not be the emotion driving him after all...
