Summary
Tras lo ocurrido con el Nogitsune, la manada no tiene ni un solo momento de descanso. A Beacon Hills a llegado un desconocido ser con instintos psicópatas que no solo mata humanos, los animales también parecen estar en su punto de vida. Todo esto, para conseguir un desastroso fin; traer de vuelta al Nogitsune. Pero tened en mente que nada es nunca lo que parece.
Por otro lado, las notas de Stiles han empeorado de forma desastrosa y su padre le ha amenazado con ir a la escuela de verano. El único con tiempo y conocimientos para ayudarle, es Derek que acabará descubriendo que la fachada de Stiles es solo eso, una fachada, una ilusión de lo que una vez fue. El lobo no solo intentara ayudarle a mejorar académicamente, si no que hará lo imposible para volverlo a ver feliz y, si por el camino descubre su mayor secreto y aparecen nuevos sentimientos es un plus.

Summary
Stiles goes looking for Boyd and Erica and finds something else entirely.

Derek scowls and steps closer, "What are you doing out here?" he counters and Stiles rolls his eyes, exasperation burning through him.
"Looking for Erica and Boyd," he retorts, "Chris let them go and said they headed this direction, so I'm trying to find some sign of them," he explains tightly, guilt running through him once more that he'd done so little to try and free them. He'd told Derek about their capture at the warehouse, after everything had died down, but it didn't feel like enough.
Derek's scowl twists into confusion and he shifts uneasily, "Why are you looking for them? You aren't pack, you barely liked them," he says and Stiles sort of wants to punch him for that, but he also knows it's a little true—he's been resistant to joining Derek's pack, and hasn't exactly gotten along with the betas, but still, that doesn't mean he wants them gone.
"Because I was in that basement too, remember?" he demands, turning his cheek a little so his bruises are more apparent, watching as Derek's gaze lingers there for a long moment, his jaw working harshly before he looks away and nods.

Attempting to work through his feelings as best he can, Stiles continues to text his favourite sourwolf, regardless of the lack of reciprocation.
So when Theo infiltrates the pack (and no one is paying any heed to Stiles's spidey sense tingling like a motherfucker), Stiles sending messages to the possibly defunct text thread of the one person he can truly rely on becomes his only form of solace.

Summary
Stiles finds what he thinks is a huge injured stray dog and brings it home, not realizing it’s actually Derek in wolf form. He falls asleep petting and cuddling the “dog,” and during the night Derek shifts back into human form but doesn’t leave, choosing instead to hold Stiles.
When they wake up, chaos ensues — Stiles panics, Derek pulls him back, kisses him, and neither of them really understands what just happened before they fall back asleep together.
