Talking about feelings with Dream is the emotional equivalent of being run over by a garbage truck and four semis. Realistically, Dream probably doesn’t even remember that stupid hunk rubbing all over him last night. George wishes he could forget it too.
Dream is a free spirit. He’s spent years locked inside his bedroom with basically no human contact. The guy in the bar was probably one of the first men he’s ever even let touch him like that. George was an experiment, a product of their situation, and a convenient foothold for Dream to figure out his sexuality.
That’s all he’s ever been- a pretty face and the poster child for bad ideas.

Roughly eight months ago, Dream and George were sitting in a discord call retaking the "Am I in love with my best friend” quiz because it was funny. Just over four months ago, George was on a plane to Florida, preparing to see Dream in person for the first time ever.
It is 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on February 14th, 2023, and neither Dream nor George are breathing quite right.
