Bending down to retrieve his bag, Henry felt his cheek prickle and looked up to catch Victor glancing at him. Going up he hit his head on the underside of the table and cursed, all the while locking eyes with the sitter whom seemed both surprised and humored at the display. Catching his art teacher's disapproving eye, Henry apologized for the second time that day and bid them farewell while scurrying over to Justine waiting for him in the doorway.
