While Silco is immeasurably grateful that Singed managed to save Jinx’s life, he has grown increasingly concerned about the shimmer’s side effects. Plagued by a litany of symptoms, his Jinx has been losing her trademark sparkle.
Even the doctor himself has proven unable to provide answers. After all, no one has ever survived this particular procedure before. But Silco vows to find a solution, no matter the cost.
In the meantime, there is nothing he can do but comfort her; as if the tenderness of his embrace might drain the poison from her veins.

Summary

“Abed would kill us if we followed that trope of not knowing what they are, they’re zombies,” He tries to joke, to make her smile, but it comes off desperate and forced, and neither of them smile.Annie and Jeff wake up the day after Pierce's funeral to find the world on the brink of collapse due to a zombie Apocalypse. Unable to find the rest of their friends, they come together to try and survive. But everything is not what it seems, and as more and more things start to unravel, Jeff and Annie have to find comfort and strength in the one person left that they trust - each other.

He had felt desire before, had hungered after another but never had it been so instantaneous, so all-consuming that his teeth had been left aching and his fingers twitching, along with other parts of his body.
In that moment he wanted everything from you, desperate to feel your flesh give under his teeth, to hear you gasp his name as his claws dragged across your skin and feel you hot and tight around him as he took you and made you his. You were not his to possess though, of limits to everyone but the Frater Imperator leaving V no choice but to watch you from the shadows, hungering for more.
But when your name appears on the crew list for the tour things begin to change, and after a lapse of control on his part, V might finally get to fulfil all the fantasies he's been harbouring and maybe, if he’s lucky, a chance of something more. If he’ll let himself take it.
