Summary
James Potter is a romantic. He has always been obsessed with the idea of soulmates, and going into Hogwarts was a wonderful opportunity to find his. James is ready to kiss every single girl in Hogwarts if it means finding the person that was made for him. When convinced that Lily is his soulmate, she reveals she will only go out with him if he befriends Severus, the same person he has bullied for years.
Severus just wants to get through his life at Hogwarts, and home, without any problems. Is that too much to ask? And no, he does not trust James' attempts at being friends, but he goes along with it anyways.

Summary
After three days of terror, three days of Hell unleashed on earth in the form of variants of one of the planet's strongest protectors, all variants of the hero Invincible were dead, or had mysteriously vanished. Or, at least, that's what the planet was led to believe.
A week after the war ended, Rex wakes confused, injured, and mysteriously not as a corpse in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. Or, it was mysterious, if there hadn't been a Viltrumite looming over him.
After saving his life for reasons Rex can't even begin to comprehend, the variant seems glued to his side, and is confusingly dedicated to keeping Rex alive despite his apparent purpose of bringing chaos and destruction in this universe. This Mark is a man of few words and even fewer real expressions, and when asked about why he saved him, why he was still in this universe when all of the other surviving Invincibles had disappeared, his answer is even more baffling than his solemn expression and curt words.
That Rex, this Rex from an entirely different universe, was his.

It all started with something the barman said, that wound its way around Billy Butcher's brain like a weed: “Have you tried fucking him? Maybe that would calm him down.”
And that is how he found himself, drunk off his arse, standing outside of Vought Tower at 3AM, cat-calling Homelander.
“Homelander...pspspsps, come ‘ere sweetheart,” Billy cooed at the sky. “Be a good boy and come to daddy...”
It was a great idea. He was sure of it.
