Summary
George and Dream are both omegas but they are happily in a relationship. They've managed to work around everything they could encounter as two omegas except heats. Heats were hard for the pair so when George finally breaks and tells Dream they need an Alpha, Sapnap, their best friend, is more than happy to do so. It works for a while as the omega pair switch off on heats but, when George comes home in heat whilst Dream is still in one, Sapnap needs help.
