There are many things in life that Frank Castle has had to leave behind, starting from childhood to before the awakening of The Punisher. One of those things, buried deep in the back of his mind like a time-capsule, was being a parent. Frank Jr and Lisa are only ever faint memories and fading senses. The last time he held his children was when they were coated in their own blood-- and yet, here he is.
An alternate universe where Peter's remaining family is hunted down by Kingpin because they were believed to carry the knowledge of what Richard and Mary had discovered during their time at S.H.I.E.L.D., Peter is left behind in the warehouse they were held captive in. Unfortunately (or fortunately), for Frank, he's the one to find him.

An alternate universe where Peter picks up an interest in the medical field, May works in the same hospital as Stephen and he eventually meets Peter at a school event. Stephen will give Peter the opportunity to dual enroll at the hospital, not knowing the absolute whirlwind that the 14 year old is.
Peter struggles with starting out as Spider man, as well as trying to prove himself to Strange, and eventually having to struggle to balance the Stark internship.
