Summary
Sansa really shouldn’t message him. It would seem desperate, she thinks, but then that’s always been the case with their set-up. Two lonely people desperate for some distraction.
He wouldn't have known she'd be in the city. Otherwise, she's convinced he would've already reached out. She heard through the grapevines that he's in the city for his press tour, heard that he's broken up with his blonde co-star, and she only has so much self-restraint.
She takes another swig off the bottle of wine and thinks ‘fuck it’ before typing out a message. currently in kl. you’re in town?

Summary
She can’t stop herself from kissing the small birthmark on Jon's clavicle. The gesture makes him moan, low and warm, the sound vibrating against her chest where they’re pressed together.
There are a million things she should be worrying about. The calls that won’t stop. What she’s supposed to do next. The unopened letters on her desk.
But none of it matters.
There is only the feel of him, one hand firm on her hip, guiding her rhythm; the other tangled in her hair, pulling her closer. His breath is hot against her neck, their skin slick and sticking in the heat.
Sansa wonders if the thrill for him comes from knowing it will end.
It doesn’t for her.

Summary
Lying is easy for her now, like a bird lifting its wings to fly. She watches one do just that, flapping around the small enclosed space of the rookery, full of other ravens and droppings and stone perches. Knowledge is freedom for the birds; no matter the weight of the words they carry, each scroll is an opportunity for them to fly in the open sky. I must do the same, use what I know to set us all free.

A maiden returns to her snow castle, and a boy remembers how to be a man instead of a wolf. At Winterfell, they would be safe but for a mockingbird and emerging desires.Bookmarked by commonhabits
