    There's a barrier between Diana von Valancius and Heinrix van Calox. One that has risen after the events in Commorragh. He tried to give her space, let her approach him, but his patience has ran out. It's time to have the difficult conversation that should have been had weeks ago.

    “No, it wasn’t. Diana-“ Heinrix pauses, then inhales deeply and slowly exhales as if trying to calm the emotions roiling within. “It wasn’t done because I thought we might die. Not on my part. And I was hoping not on yours either.” Lips press into a thin line before he speaks again. “But if that’s how you perceive what happened, I can accept that. You just need to tell me that’s how things are. And I will never bother you again.”

    She could and Diana knows that he wouldn’t question it. Just a few simple words. To tell him that it meant nothing, that it was just a tryst, a heat of the moment or a desperation of one. She could lie.
