Summary
On paper, the Hero Commission's plan to investigate Midoriya Izuku under the guise of a training course for combating mental quirks is solid; foolproof, even. If Midoriya turns out to be innocent, they can pass everything off as part of the training exercise, assuming he remembered any of it. Otherwise, they could beg forgiveness after the traitor was securely imprisoned in Tartarus.
The paper plan failed to take into account the feral ghosts living in Midoriya Izuku's head, or his equally feral living friends.
Time to bring on the chaos.

Summary
When Sasuke ends up back in Konoha after the Fourth Shinobi War, he doesn't have a lot going for him: no permanent address, dubious career prospects, a small fortune in overdue fines at the public library, and—worst of all—some kind of complicated feelings situation going on with his best friend, whose bed he happens to be sleeping in.
But asking Naruto out turns out to be the easy part, even if it happens mostly by accident. No, the real problems arise after that, when Sasuke finds himself challenged to single combat (or strategy board game) by every single person Naruto has ever had a thing with. Even without much (any) firsthand romantic experience himself, Sasuke is pretty sure that isn't normal. But hey, in between dodging village council meetings and avoiding folding his laundry, at least it gives him something to do.

Love it when Naruto acknowledges his complicated feelings towards being not only a killer for hire but one of the Best Killers For Hire. That's not really what the story is about but boy howdy is it some good character dissection.
Despite it all he's still Naruto.
Naruto advocating for world peace so he can wear orange, eat ramen and exist as himself <3 cause he promised his mom he'd try to be happy and happiness is derived from the little things as well as killing evil moon aliens
Also he steals Kakashi's mask thing to the joy and bafflement of children across the elemental nations.

Sasuke! Into the character dissection machine you go!
Love the time travel mechanics in this one. Strikes a fantastic balance between future meeting past fluff and an actual plot with stakes and tension.
Panic attacks and ptsd episodes are represented in a way that feels true to character and doesn't pause the story to represent a textbook 'panic attack' like yeah they happen but other stuff continues to happen wound in with the panic and they're all still ninja-ing around through it A+ delicious mental illness.
