Selections from the lyrics and book for Atlantistown, my abridged adaptation of Hadestown (by Anaïs Mitchell), in honor of the cinematic release of Hadestown: The Musical.
Atlantistown is based on the events of the Stargate Atlantis episode The Last Man, woven into the musical with Ronon taking the role of Hermes, Rodney taking the role of Orpheus, and John taking the role of Eurydice. After all, Rodney does go through hell to bring John back.
