Summary
Italy (Feliciano) got sick! Germany (Ludwig) didn't know at first so he went over to Feliciano's house. Feliciano didn't want Ludwig to leave him so he called Japan (Kiku) to bring over some medicine. When Kiku leaves, Ludwig confesses how he feels because he thought Feliciano was a sleep. They get together and live happily ever after. The end!
