Blade’s hand twitched towards the Shard Sword, his finger only a hair away from the handle. “...I’ll try,” he muttered hoarsely.
The corners of Dan Heng’s lips rose as he raised his chin slightly. He wasn’t aware of it himself, but his blue-green eyes caught the paltry light in such a way that they almost seemed to glow, even around his wide-blown oblong pupils.
“Good. It’s about time I got more than just one round out of you,” he said slowly, his tone lowering as his hand trailed sensually down the front of Blade’s coat.’
A.K.A Blade starts wearing his bracer after Amphoreus, visits the Astral Express in the middle of the night, and then proceeds to go missing. Kafka throws the responsibility of finding him on Dan Heng, who is still too gay for his own good.

Saps just smiled, he heard the gentle footfalls ascending the stairs, his footsteps. He’d know, he’s had years to memorize the sound.
Parrot must not have heard, he was still looking at Saps expectantly, completely unaware as to who had just entered the room.
“That’s no way to speak about an old friend, now is it, Parrot?”

Summary
So, he would make sure that this never happens to anyone else ever again. That no one would have to go through the same grief and pain that he did the day he was staring at their bloodied and lifeless bodies. That no one would have to starve to death in the arms of people who cared for them, nor would they die fighting for petty change. This is an ideal he would pursue until the day he dies.
