  Summary

  The door to his bedroom suddenly felt miles away. Mike walked along a fence line until there was no path. Then just kept going until he was in the desert. No lights except the party at a distance. The stars were glowing in a way that made everything feel so fucking small. Mike was looking at the ground so he didn’t notice.

  He sat on a rock that was the start of a hillside, maybe an entire mountain, it was too dark to tell.

  ‘What the fuck.’ He thought.

  He really had no idea how this would go, but this? Barely even 2 sentences exchanged? Fuck he would have rather Will scream at him in front of everyone.
