Summary
“Do you still want this?” Aziraphale asks, running his thumb over the kiss-red temptation of his mouth.
Crowley’s throat shifts. His voice is rough when he says, “I never didn’t want it, angel.”
After their human life, Aziraphale and Crowley wake back up in the bookshop. This time, they make a different choice.

Summary
This novella-length rewrite of Good Omens Season 3 picks up right where Season 3 of the TV show does, but is completely different because I frankly didn't care for the ending and was sad we didn't get flashbacks or fun hijinks! May this be as healing for you to read as it is for me to write.
There will be six chapters with flashbacks in between each, much like there would have been in the unabridged TV version, and my plan is to post a new chapter every Saturday as long as I can keep up with it!
Plot: Aziraphale and Crowley are separated with the Second Coming on the way, and as they continue to struggle against Heaven, Hell, and (checks notes) gentrification??, they find once again that they must rely on each other. Meanwhile, the Second Coming is shaking things up in the most unexpected places, and everyone must decide what they want for themselves, each other, and the world.

Summary
‘ "I know you don't want sympathy," Aziraphale said, with a composure so practiced it had become something like affection. "I'm not- I'm simply saying. I'm sorry. You shouldn't have to carry it alone. You can always come here.”
Something in Crowley went very still.
"You're not,” Aziraphale hesitated, and then, quieter: "You don't have to carry it alone. When it's bad. I, um, want to know.” A pause, and then the words that had the quality of something that had been thought many times and said only once: "I want you here."
The winter light lay across the duvet.
Crowley's hand, at some point, had curled into the fabric of Aziraphale's shirt.
"Angel," he said.
"Hmm?"
"Shut up," he said, and settled more firmly against him.‘
