Summary
It had taken a solid month of heavy coaxing to get Aziraphale out of the house. “You deserve a break, angel”, Crowley had insisted, gazing down at his very exhausted partner who was slumped back against the sofa cushions, Zephyr latched on to his breast, nursing with a fierce appetite. “You’ve seemed kinda… depleted lately. Go get rubbed down with lavender oil or whatever it is you do. I’ve got everything under control.”
After a few more words of reassurance and permission to drive the Bentley—under the strict condition that it remain black—Aziraphale had finally agreed to go to London for a bit of a spa day.
He had been gone for two and a half hours, and Crowley did not have everything under control.

"I—I beg your pardon?" he squeaked.
"Your boyfriend," Cecil repeated easily, his knowing smile never faltering. "Don’t think I haven’t noticed the dark, tall bloke who always comes to pick you up in that classic car of his."
Cecil gestured toward the street outside where, right on cue, the Bentley was smoothly gliding to a halt against the curb.
Aziraphale felt a flush creep up his neck and onto his cheeks. His hands flew to his lap, fingers knotting together in a frantic tangle. He nervously glanced outside where Crowley had just stepped out of the car and was leaning back against the sleek black metal, waiting for him.

Summary
“When will the baby come out?” their daughter asked.
“Any day now”, Aziraphale said gently, placing his palm on top of his belly. There was quite a lot of pressure and movement there. “He’s been… um, rehearsing a lot lately.”
Toni looked at the remaining food on the table, thoughtful. “Can we save him a scone?”
Aziraphale’s heart absolutely melted. “Oh, sweetheart, what a lovely thought”, he said, reaching out to squeeze his daughter’s hand. “But I’m afraid he won’t be eating scones for a while. He doesn’t even have teeth until he grows up a bit.”
Crowley leaned back on his chair, giving the angel a wicked smirk. “Well, we don’t know that. He’s half-demon, after all.” He shrugged. “Might have little fangs, like snake babies do.”
Aziraphale shot him an exasperated look. “Crowley! Honestly! Toni wasn’t born with fangs, why would this one be?”
Toni simply nodded, looking determined. “Right. I’ll save him a scone. Just in case.”

That he had taken their Arrangement and this whole 'Nanny and Gardener' roleplay too far and ruined whatever it was they had.
And Aziraphale couldn’t bear it for another second, because nothing could have been further from the truth. He leaned into the warmth of Crowley's palm, tilting his head, his eyes fluttering shut in an open invitation."

Summary
“Shhh, shhh, listen. Listen. Alright… Listen,” Crowley hears himself babble, his mouth taking over while his mind short circuits in panic.
Shushing is hardly necessary. Aziraphale is staring up at Crowley with his mouth hanging open, no sound coming out. He's unfairly gorgeous in the golden lamplight, cocooned by ridiculous tartan sheets and far too many throw pillows. All glowing and pink in the face from their earlier exertions leading up to that sad, deflated balloon of a conclusion.
After an agonising beat, Aziraphale snaps his jaw shut and offers Crowley an impossibly gentle smile. “I'm all ears, my dear,” he murmurs. There’s that blasted gentleness again.
It's all somehow worse than if he were upset.
Aziraphale and Crowley's first time in bed together goes about as smoothly as the rest of their relationship.
(They get there eventually.)

Crowley and Aziraphale didn’t deserve the “Season 3” Good Omens Finale. Neither did the world. The duo finds a way through the Garden and Book of Life to a happy ending.
May it bring comfort to the afflicted.
