Summary
It takes every ounce of courage for Sunny to tell the truth of what happened that day.
Every detail is told in excruciating detail
So why won't they believe him? Why do his friends, his family, the police, and even Basil insist that Mari killed herself? They say he's delusional and guilt-ridden. But Sunny knows what he did, and he'll be damned if his confession is unheard.
Doubting himself and the world itself, he needs to find proof, for himself and others, that what happened on the day of the recital really happened. He knows the truth now, and Mari desires for it to be seen
He spent 4 years hiding the truth...and now Sunny must fight for it to be heard.
