I know he talked about it with me a bit, but I can’t remember if he ever finalized anything or if it was just drunk bullshitting.” She lets out a heavy, final sigh, one that lifts and drops her shoulders. “He was such a jackass. God, I’m gonna miss him.”

Sanji has already signed the deal for the empty restaurant and has been slowly working on getting it perfect, just as he always dreamed it to be. It is perfect; there’s a large dining hall and huge framed windows at the front to fill the space with natural light. The kitchen is pristine and modern and spacious and he can picture it already filled with staff, of serving Zeff the first ever meal from his own menu, of having a space just for Luffy and his friends so he can feed them to their stomach’s content. He’s designed the menu, the plates and glasses, planned the décor and the schedule and the fucking opening night.
And it had been going fine before it all went to shit.

After finally getting the keys to his dream restaurant, Sanji is told that the terms of his lease have suddenly changed. He is given a few weeks to find the extra money before his offer is rescinded, forced to work harder than ever or risk losing everything.
