Summary
Beatrice got laid at a medical conference. Six months later, it's about to (maybe) bite her in the ass.
Ava also wants to bite her in the ass, but for entirely different reasons.
Oh, and there's a quantum leap forward in medical technology. If it works.

Summary
“Morning.”
“Afternoon, actually,” Beatrice says just because she knows it’ll make Ava smile. She gets her wish.
“C’mon,” Ava says, smoothly sliding from the bed to her feet, using their still joined hands to pull Beatrice with her. “You can tell me about traveling Europe while we eat”—she pauses dramatically; Beatrice braces herself for it—“I’m Hungary for some Turkey.”
Out of all things she could’ve said, this is what springs Beatrice into action, using her free hand to pull Ava by her waist until they’re chest to chest. She kisses the cheeky grin on Ava’s face; every time they do this, she thinks it’s better than the last.
or,
Beatrice eventually goes back to the Alps to find herself; she finds her faith in Ava has never been misplaced.

Summary
~So, what kind of information do you need?~
“Information?” repeated Beatrice slightly confused.
~No offense, but the most likely reason to contact me after all these years is if you need something from me.~
“I don’t need you to give me information; actually, I want to make you an offer.”
~In that case, I’m listening.~
“I have a profiling position with the FBI BAU and it’s yours if you want it.”

Summary
19 year old Ava has lived most of her life in Spain. She lost both parents as a young child, losing her ability to move her limbs in the same car crash that took her mother. Now she lives at her university and spends most of her time partying. Now she finds out her mother owned a building about ten minute walk away from campus.
Ava must decide if she is willing to keep the building that reminds her of her mother and everything she had to go through, or keep it, build friendships with the people who are offering help and let her walls come down. Maybe even a relationship with the reserved british-chinese woman who Ava can't help but be drawn to.
