Summary
Grace has many Earth sayings that Rocky has grown fond of. To use one of his most favorite, in Rocky’s defense, he had assumed that humans, due to their unfortunate condition of being extraneously fleshy and containing concerning amounts of liquid, were being dramatic, as humans often are, about the impact of small scale penetration for slightly extended periods of time. But Rocky loves his Grace very much and likes giving him nice things, so he intends to uncover the truth for himself.
Upon further investigation, he fears the humans were not, in fact, being dramatic.

Or, Rocky figures out what a butt plug is, decides to test run one on himself with the intention of eventually putting it in Grace, and gets his shit wrecked, in that order.

His heart skips a beat at the thought that maybe he's taken this too far, and that Rocky has just hurled an uncouth insult at him, but then he glimpses two of his claws gripping the edge of the cot, creaking under his grasp.
"Hmm. Did not consider that time without Rocky make Grace stupid. Unfortunate oversight.”
"I guess you can't ever get rid of me, then."
"Could not. Grace too helpless.”
After reuniting post-Taumoeba leak, Grace’s insomnia starts to make him a little needy. Rocky quickly realizes he has his work cut out for him. (Inspired by a deleted scene from the film!)

The ache I feel for Adrian has been a part of me for so many years that it is a familiar dragging weight, like a mangled sixth limb. The ache for Grace is stranger, worse. Not because he is an alien, but the opposite; he is so much of myself that I have entirely lost the sound of where he begins and I end, and somehow I still want him closer, closer, closer.

Hopefully Earth gets his updated information on communicating with Eridians before they decide to send someone else. Otherwise it'll probably be pretty embarrassing for everyone.
