It is difficult to keep the entirety of Hell up to date on everything that is happening. Nigh on impossible before someone brought down the human invention of computers, and since it is of course, Hell, they have not updated their computers since then, leaving them with the kind that requires you to turn off the phone before you try to do anything, and also takes several years to finish downloading a file.
(Hell does not have a groupchat, but it is about to invent the worst version of one. A reply-all email.)
