Summary
In December 1977, Regulus Black did something brave. He ran.
With nothing but a wand he couldn’t use, a bag of money, and a desperate hope for survival, Regulus escaped into the muggle world mere days before his Death Eater initiation.
Against all odds, he’s taken in by three muggle artists who live loudly and love fiercely. Through them, Regulus discovers acting. And he’s good at it. Too good.
***
Six years later, Sirius and James walk into a London cinema and see Regulus’s face, six feet tall, staring back at them from the screen.

Summary
“Very particular, but loyal. Suited for illusionary magic and games of deception.” Regulus’s wand foretells his future in a single breath when he is just eleven years old.
Year One: Codependence
Coming from a family like theirs, maybe it wasn’t such a surprise that Regulus and Sirius were a little bit codependent. But entering Hogwarts will push Regulus to navigate for himself a world of new friends, a society beyond that of his parents’, and dreams of a strange lake with a glowing green light that calls to him.
Year Two: Mind Games
Walburga Black pushes and pushes and pushes until Regulus’s mind shields can’t take it anymore. They crack—and from this, a terrible, powerful gift is born.

Summary
He had wanted, just once, to land a hit. Feel something against the skin of his knuckles. Feel it hit back until he was seeing stars and connecting them into Canis Major, gripping the grass so he wouldn’t fall off the surface of the Earth. It would be fine, he’d thought, it was just once, and no one would have to know.
------In which Regulus Arcturus Black attempts to release his pent up negativity alone, in the woods, and ends up creating a fight club in the midst of a budding war.

Summary
This was why Sirius and Regulus had vowed to never tell anyone of Regulus’ “premonitions” as the older one called them. They felt stronger than a feeling, it was as if the emotions of the other person would soar off of them in waves, pouring over Regulus, overwhelming him. If he reached out, he could understand their emotions even better. A subconscious hand on the shoulder and he could feel that person’s fears, dreams, love, hatred, all of the good and bad in the person. Regulus preferred not to do this though, as it overwhelmed him, gave him an instant headache and was unable to look at that person the same way. Sirius had agreed, calling it “cheating.” If he took several deep breaths and cleared his mind, it was easier to ignore.
A What-If universe, where Regulus had dreams he didn't understand, a blue and bronze tie, and a brother who never gave up on him.

Summary
“You’re not my father.”
“I know that. Do you know that?”
Sakura’s laugh was cruel at the edges, “My father would have wept if he knew what I had done for this country.”
She tilted her head onto her shoulder to look at him carefully; a rueful look painted across her face. “I see no tears in your eyes. So, yes. I know you’re not my father.”
***
Little clanless Haruno Sakura, with her exotic pink hair and alluring jade eyes.
What do you think the Hokage saw in her? A little girl graduating, ready for D-ranks? Or a tool to be used for the betterment of Konoha? A child no one would notice the absence of.
Haruno Sakura, from a no-name civilian merchant clan, with no connections other than the ones she burned away for the affections of a boy who would never love her. A tool to be used.
For Konoha.
