Crack! fic. Sid/Ellie. Inspired by an old Ice Age AMV and written for my old friend at ff.net, Goddess On a Highway. PoTC and Ice Age crossover, with Sid as Captain Jack Sparrow. Just read it. A lot of people thought it was HILARIOUS at the time, and weirdly enough, this story kind of predicted the pirate themes that showed up in IA4. Just read it ok? :P

Crosspost of an old, old ffn fic and archiving it here on ao3 just in case because as far as I am aware ffn isn't as keen on songfics as they once were when I began publishing on there back in 2010.
This is an old, old fic of mine - I think it predates Peekaboo! though that fic practically wrote itself - and it's a Manny/Ellie IA2-based songfic set to "I Need to Know" (gorgeous song by the way!) from the 2007 film, Barbie as the Island Princess. Fitting, right? Because Island Princess released one year after Meltdown in 2006!
