Summary
"You challenged me, and you won," Loki says easily. It is one of Loki's greatest talents, that. The way he can get exactly what he means to, and then convince his opponent that he's the victor. Everyone always believes Loki so weak because of it, because he always gives the glory to another.
Fandral has always seen through it. He knows that Loki's the only one of them that's never truly lost a fight.

He reaches for the candle on the desk, but freezes in fear at the thought of waving it aloft and revealing some evil creature lurking where he can’t see.
He swallows again nervously and tries to will the shakiness out of his voice. 'Hello?'
The lack of response makes him feel both foolish and unnerved. His voice sounds meek. If he had to defend himself, how would he? He doesn’t have a weapon on him—why should he?
Mika’s heart stops at the exact moment that the hairs on his nape rise, tickled by a puff of warm breath.

It's a painterly Windblume night, in 3 months it'll be a anniversary of Adorno's passing. Theodore hasn't made any progress with his career, and he most likely never would. This is end of the road.
He's written out letters to everyone except Lohen, he probably wouldn't even read it anyway, too caught up in his knight work.
Now he's starting to realize they never truly talked about what happended to them.Old title has been transfered to the name of the series.
